 The condo, unit 4, is exactly as pictured. The area is safe. The bedrooms are immaculate and air conditioned. Neena is an amazing communicator and immediately helpful.  This is by far one of the best (if not the best) AirBnbs I have ever stayed in. I highly recommend staying at any of Neena's properties. The lodging was spotless, comfortable, and had wonderful relaxation space, from two private balconies to a beautiful pool right on the property. Check-in and check-out were easy and smooth, and Neena and her staff made us feel right at home from the minute we got there. We didn't have to worry about a thing throughout our vacation. Neena and her staff (Frank in particular) arranged private tours for us last minute, let us know about the best places to eat and even made reservations for us. We loved having access to two different beaches, and Frank always made sure we were treated in the best possible way! Both he and Neena were incredible responsive and always available if we needed assistance or suggestions. Neena truly made us feel like we had a home away from home.  the villa was so awesome for my family! We experienced Montego Bay without the resort amenities. My children met so many wonderful people along the way. Frank, the driver, left a lasting impression on all of us. He’s honest, kind, extremely funny, and will take you anywhere you want to go! Our Host was so kind as well. She checked on us daily and suggested things for us to do. We enjoyed the Beach Club and had the place to ourselves. We felt safe during our stay and the place was very clean.  Nianna’s was nothing short of Amazing!! There is nothing like having your own townhome to retreat to while on vacation. The driver Frank lives in close proximity and was always available when we needed him. Super friendly and personable guy, he will tell you about all there is to do in the area, clubs and night life, places to eat, etc. Scotchies is in walking distance from villa and the food is very tasty! Jave was super friendly as well, very helpful throughout our stay. Neena is such a nice woman, loved her Jamaican accent and hospitality. You will not regret staying at Nianna’s we were all smiles from the beginning of our trip (Frank picked us up from the airport) until the end (Frank dropped us back off). I give this place and our stay an A++ Doesn’t get better then this for the price!!

 Wow, where do I even begin! My stay was from March 10-14, 2018 and from the airport pick-up, I knew that I would be well taken care of. Neena has a phenomenal team that includes Jave, the security guard, who made sure I was safe and had everything I needed throughout my stay. But, the true highlight of the trip was Frank, who Neena partners with for tours, excursions, and taxi services. He is one of the reasons that I will never hesitate to return to Jamaica in the near future because I know I'll be in good hands. He was a bodyguard, a photographer, a tour guide, a sherpa--everything lol. As far as the accommodations were concerned, the pool was great, the home was very clean with cool AC & hot water, located less than 10 minutes from the airport making it very central to MoBay activities, and most importantly, very safe. It is located directly behind the police station and I caught taxis at night alone on more than one occasion. I honestly had a better vacation than my girlfriends who were staying down the street at the Hyatt for a MUCH higher price. If you're hesitant on whether you'd like to stay here--let me assure you that you are making a GREAT decision and you won't be disappointed. Neena, Frank and Jave made my second trip to Jamaica even better than my first and were very easy to get a hold of when I needed them. I miss them already! Neena, Frank, Jave--can't wait to come back and see you guys!

 Neena was an outstanding host. She was in contact with me before the trip, making sure she had the correct itinerary for flights and pick up. She sent over Frank to pick me and my best friend up and Frank was the sweetest guy ever. He was sort of like a dad/body guard for us, he made sure we were safe EVERYWHERE he took us and gave us advice on excursions. Neena and Frank both gave us ideas and advice on where to eat. Neena was constantly in contact with us during the stay and even visited to ensure we were safe and enjoying our stay in Montego Bay. She has such a kind, genuine heart and she is much appreciate for her gracious hospitality. If I were to return to MoBay, this would be the only place I would stay.  Being our first time in Jamaica my sister's and I were very nervous. Neena and her team welcomed us nicely at Nianna and made us feel at home. The house was clean and spacious.  There are not enough words to explain how wonderful this place is. Neena is an amazing host who checks in on you to make sure everything is going smoothly. Frank is an awesome driver who gave wonderful tips on what to do and even provided some sense of security while out. Jave was very helpful in the check in process and was always there when needed. All 3 are only a phone call away and will be there at any moments notice. The accommodations are perfect. The community is very quiet and family friendly and safe. There are shops and restaurants only a 2 minute walk away. Be sure to ask Frank for a stop at the grocery store to pick up some stuff for the stay. Route taxis are right at your door step if needed but who needs that when you have Frank (yaaaaay Frank). The townhome is spacious and clean. Bedrooms are air conditioned and the rest of the townhome stays pretty cool during the day and into the evening. Bring some house slippers as the floors are tile and are cool. Towels (shower and beach) are provided so no need to bring that. WiFi and cable were great for the quiet evenings in. The pool is very nice as well. Make sure to ask Frank to take you to paradise bliss beach (free access for guests) there is music and games and lots of dancing with great food and water sports. I’m so happy I picked this spot. I found a new family and home away from home. Can’t wait to go back.

 Amazing visit, absolutely loved everything the owner is easy to contact, she always responds. The security Jave he is phenomenal and funny! Frank the driver outstanding, funny and teaches you the tips while visiting, takes you only to the best! Will be booking again next year. The pictures don't do the house justice it's much better, the patio, the pool the rooms they are all large and very clean! You also have everything at your disposal pots and pans plates whatever you need it's there and if it isn't text the owner and she will get it. Better than any 5 star hotel I've stayed at.

 Where do I start? This place was absolutely amazing from the staff to the location, to the space itself. Neena is the best host I have encountered yet. She is very attentive and checked on my daughter and I the whole time. She also accommodated my last minute change. Frank the driver is the best always on time and had great recommendations. You won’t want anyone else to drive you around. Jave was super helpful and friendly. I am already planning my trip back and I just left. If you are looking to stay like a local this the place for you! I absolutely recommend this place for your stay in Jamaica... you will not regret it!

 Nianna was a great choice for my family, and we wish we had more time to stay and enjoy. Immediately upon walking in, the place felt like home. My mom (who isn't fond of AirBnB's) gave her approval once she saw how safe the location was (24/hr watch plus the police station right around the corner). My daughter and I loved the pool, which was at a perfect temp. any time of the day. The play area most definitely came in handy for my little one. The unit: More than enough space for a family or large group. Kitchen is equipped with cutlery, just bring your groceries. There are two porch areas, my favorite was the one in the master bedroom with the beach view. Overall, clean space with working TV, wifi and A/C in the bedrooms. The area: Close to nearly everything! Food (Tastee Patties, KFC, chinese, Jamaican) galore, we walked to Scotchies and Tastee patties a few times. Everything else you need is a short drive away. I had a young child with me and felt safe at all times. Extras: I would say that Jave (property watch and more) and Frank (driver) definitely made the trip a smooth one. Jave showed us around the unit, and even walked us to the plaza nearby. Really nice guy who is there to help. Frank, the driver, was amazing! He was able to set us up with the local tour company at the last minute. His prices are very fair and if he can't do the drive he'll set you up with someone who can. Overall, an extremely wonderful stay that we all wish was a bit longer. We will definitely visit Nianna at Coral Bay again.

 My friends and I were so beyond pleased with this space and the hospitality from Neena , Frank (who is simply amazing) and the rest of the staff. The communication was excellent , I felt like we were the only guests. Being our first trip in Jamaica, we were a bit nervous and honestly thanks to everyone in this team we were very much taken care of (from trip recommendations and rides , to home cooked meals by Lorraine). There is absolutely no doubt that we will be staying in contact with Neena for our next trip.

 The place is not a 60 second walk to the beach. The beach is located across a main road and it is unsafe to cross. The house did not get light cleaning on the fourth day. It didn’t get any type of cleaning. You are stuck with the same towels for your entire stay. We ran out of toilet paper and didn’t get any until the following day after the second request. Things in Jamaica are not cheap. It is basically the same as the US. It is probably best to get an all inclusive resort. Also there was only AC in the rooms and there is barbed wire around the back of the place. The place is decent but you will basically have to pay to get anywhere because it is not safe to walk anywhere. Frank our driver was awesome though! We will be using his services again! He really went above and beyond for us.

 This villa is absolutely remarkable. For my first Airbnb experience, Nianna Spring Farm Villa has set the bar high! I truly felt like I was at home. The view was breathtaking. The house was CLEAN!  The property at Nianna Spring Farms was absolutely beautiful. The community and view was very peaceful. We felt very safe with the secured entrance into the community and to our villa. Neena, was amazing! Out of all of the people that we came in contact with, her and Frank were the best! She made sure that we had transportation and plenty of recommendations for food and activities. It was my birthday and Neena provided a delicious cake to help me celebrate. Frank (recommended by Neena) was such a great driver. He made sure that we were safe and drove us around our entire stay. Initially, my group was nervous about the big dogs but they were so friendly and sweet! Thank you Neena for helping me celebrate my 30th birthday in such a beautiful place.

 Neena’s place definitely exceeded our expectations! The pictures do not do any justice, the place was so beautiful. The neighborhood is residential, quiet, and scenic. When we walked in, we were greeted by Neena’s staff. She gave us a tour of the whole villa and also the infinity pool. We were in awe. Neena responded to any questions we had immediately and in a timely manner. If you need a driver during your stay, I recommend Frank. He was our driver for our five day stay and he was amazing. He knows the island on the back of his hand. I give Neena’s place a 10 out of 10. I will definitely stay here again.

 Planned a short getaway at Nianna’s for Mother’s Day for me and Mom. Our experience was better than imagined! What’s shown in the photos are exactly what you get in real time. We felt right at home the moment we arrived. Neena made it easy to arrange transportation with Frank Mair, truly a gentleman’s gentleman to pick us up from the airport and bring us to the Villa. Frank is very knowledgeable and it’s evident that he enjoys, and has passion for what he does. Both Mohki and Duke are simply gentle giants and love a pet or two. The only thing you don’t get a feel for is the warmth and kindness that radiates from ms. Neena. A real class act. Looking forward to staying again and again!

 First of all, Neena and Frank were so helpful and hospitable, going out of their way to help make plans for us or make sure we were comfortable. Neena is spectacular. Second, Nianna Coral Bay is in a beautiful location--you can see the ocean from the pool, and it's a 2 minute walk to a great local restaurant just down the road. It's very safe, there is a guard and a gate. We felt right at home. The space itself was clean and spacious.

 First I would like to say this villa, is amazing really nice location. The private pool is a perfect touch. Neena, was an amazing host she had really great communication skill. The ride with frank from the airport and to the super market was nice. The house came fully furnished. With all materials to cook. The only reason why I rate this 4 stars and not five is because on our second day there. It was raining pretty hard me and my boyfriend had to leave the beach because it was raining really hard.

Tropical bliss is a beach to check out and Frank was always available for my transportation needs. I will definitely be back and will recommend to friends and family.

 Our stay was incredible!! From the moment we arrived we felt exactly like family! We were greeted by Frank who took us to the supermarket and then drove us to the townhome and also accommodated us throughout our trip which was such an added plus. It's in a great location a short walk to Scotchies and Tastees patties. Neena is such a great host! When we met she just solidified that family feeling!!  We had a great time at Neena's place. This property exceeded our expectation. It was very clean, inviting and most of all had that home feel we long for when we travel. We loved the private and secluded feeling of the property. We were just a few mins from the Hip strip yet tucked away from all the tourist bubble. Neena was gracious in meeting us when we checked in and giving us tips and ideas on how to get the best of our stay. She was constantly checking in on us throughout our stay to make sure we were enjoying our stay and lacking nothing. She put us in touch with a wonderful tour guide, Frank who showed us around town and was always there to give us an expert opinion on restaurants, tours, activities, shopping etc. On our way back to the States, we lost a luggage at the airport. Neena and Frank were there to help. They helped us contact the Jamaican authorities and retrieved our belongings in just 2 days.  We had a wonderful stay at Nianna Coral Bay. We felt very safe considering the travel ban for Canadians was on during our stay. Neena has 24 hrs security on premises,plus the Police S tation is seconds away from the property. My family and I walked to Scotchies well known for jerk chicken which is close to property and felt safe. My husband and our two children age 8 and 9 years old had such a wonderful time . Swimming pool and condo was sparkling clean. One thing that we liked was that the property only has 5 condos, so therefore, it wasn’t over crowded. Neena, the owner is such a wonderful lady. She checked in with us several times to make sure everything was ok . If I had a question Neena was very quick with responding to my message, we used (Hidden by Airbnb) . Neena gave us suggestions on things to do and places to visit. I called Neena in regards to our rental car, which was parked where it shouldn’t have been, therefore, we were fined (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) Jamaican dollars and they clamped our tire. We didn’t know what to do,she right away sent the gentleman his name was Frank Mair, he has a contract with Neena to pick people up from the Airport. He came to downtown Montego Bay at Doctor Caves Beach to get my papers and money and went to pay the fine.Frank never asked for anything in return.Frank Mair will also take you on excursions, very nice and honest and caring person. We drove all over Jamaica with our children, to Dunn Riverfalls , Martha Brae rafting, Blue Hole in Negril and Irie Blue Hole. We were driving and the Army had road blocks and they could tell we were tourist and waved us by. Never once we felt unsafe because we don’ like to venture out at night. We enjoyed staying and using the pool and sitting on the balcony. Jave, he is the superintendent, I think that’s what I would call him, he stays on the property and very helpful. Our tire was flat and he helped my husband change the tire My husband wanted to make Ackee and salt fish but we could not find any fresh he got us fresh Ackee we were so delighted. Moodie, he is the night security guard and also a very nice man and kept us feeling safe. Another thing I loved about the property was everything was close by, about 10 mins away is the grocery store ,KFC, Pizza Hut and other stores with lots of security personnel. We went downtown Montego Bay several times during our 9 days stay, to Dr Cave’s Beach and shops, never once felt unsafe and the security was there too. Neena’s property, I give it 10/10, you can tell that she loves what she does, the property and staff can prove it. She even has a little playground with swings and toys for the children. I was very pleased and...

 Not only was the place super clean, it was super cute. It was immaculate and the service of the on-site administrator, Jave, was perfect. The recommended driver, Frank, and his team were so helpful and readily available. We had plenty of time to enjoy the sun, the beach and the relaxed Jamaican atmosphere. the Rose Hall Beach Club was pretty quiet but Tommy and Omar made the experience a super fun and enjoyable one. Kudos to these guys who went out of their ways to make it fun. Ultimately, I’m glad I took a chance on Neena’s rental. It was the perfect option for a first time visitor like my wife who didn’t want to go through a resort to experience Jamaica. We will definitely come back. I think Christmas 2019 is being considered!  Neena, our host was genuine, helpful and made our visit one of the most memorable. The condo was as pictured, clean, comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. Neena was very accommodating of all of our requests, and checked in on us often to see if we needed anything. We would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a home away from home experience. As suggested in the description of the condo, a car is recommended to get around, or using Frank the amazing driver is another option. The condo was well maintained and is constantly being upgraded to enhance visitor's stay. I will definitely be back to Nianna Coral Gardens again!

 Nina was really accommodating and the apartment itself was well-furnished and roomy. You can tell that the place has been renovated recently. The air conditioner in the bedroom worked perfectly. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking/eating utensils. The pool was very clean and had nice chairs and lounges. Jave was always super friendly and quick to give us his contact info on (Hidden by Airbnb) in case we needed him. We really appreciated that. We felt extremely safe while staying here. Now for the not so great (but really not that bad). The beds and pillows are seriously the most firm beds and pillows I have ever slept on. No exaggeration. We rented the entire apartment but discovered that one of the bedrooms/bathrooms was locked which we thought was kinda weird. It was almost like they didn't want us to have access to that part of the apartment. We ended up getting the door unlocked because I needed an extra blanket from a bed in there, but it rubbed me the wrong way. Maybe it was an accident? Lastly, the location is not great. The property itself is perfect but best suited to someone with a car. Nina gave us contact info for a driver while we were there (shout out to Frank for making our trips easy) so that helped, but it is really only walking distance to Scotchies (so good) and a convenience store. The beach is not within walking distance so that complicates things if you're without a car. As a side note, we were very satisfied with Rose Hall Beach Club.

 My wife and I were in Jamaica for our first time and we couldn’t have had the amazing time we had if it wasn’t for both Nenna and Frank’s hospitality. They both made sure that everything we needed to feel 100% at home was done. They addressed all our concerns, questions and request!  1 word for my entire weekend...amazing. The host went over and beyond my expectations. The place is beautiful. If you are a picture taker like me this was probably one of the best views in Jamaica! My friends and I enjoyed every bit of my birthday and I even got a cake! (even during last minute notice) It was a pleasure to meet the host and learn from the business to the beauties of Jamaica!  The reviews don’t lie - This place is excellent. Clean, well kept, quiet, and has an amazing view. The property is fully staffed and willing and able to help with anything you might need. Beach resorts are just a couple minutes away by car (the driver referral, Frank, is highly dependable). Perfect little getaway for this NYC couple. Very highly recommended.

 Where do I even begin. First I will say how FAST Neena respond to your messages (crazy fast). She answered all 342 of my question before and during the trip lol. She was the most attentive host I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Her and her husband were so kind, gave us plenty of local recommendations for food/activities etc. She recommended Frank to help us navigate the island and do airport transports. Now let me tell you about Frank, he was so so SO much more than transportation. He really made our trip so incredibly memorable. He wasn’t out there to just get paid, you could just tell he truly loved meeting people and doing what he does. He took us EVERYWHERE, it was never a problem, and he always ensured our safety. Cannot wait to see Frank again in the near future as he has grown near and dear to our hearts. We voted that he should be the Mayor of Montego Bay-he got a laugh out of that. Neena also recommended a chef as we had wanted to have someone make breakfast for us. When the original chef was unavailable (Michelle), Michelle put me in touch with one of the other chefs in her staff, Annette. Annette communicated great with me and made us some TRULY delicious meals. On our last morning she prepared a feast for us-half American (pancakes, eggs, bacon lol) and half a traditional Jamaican breakfast. We have never eaten so well! I also have to mention another HUGE plus booking Neena’s beautiful home. As six women traveling there by ourselves (my mom and grandma included lol), we felt incredibly safe. There is security at the bottom of the hill and Neena has a gate to the property as well. I have never slept so good away from home. All of Neena’s staff were exceptional. Very hospitable, paid attention to detail, and made us feel right at home. The Villa was very clean, beautifully decorated, and we couldn’t have been happier with our decision. And last but certainly not least, Mohki and Duke. Now in the listing it says they are friendly but that is an understatement. They made themselves right at home with us, slept on the floor of the villa throughout the day, loved getting their belly’s scratched, and were just the absolute sweetest addition to our trip. One of Neena’s staff Lorraine even asked if they were making themselves too comfortable, we all said no and loved Mohki and Duke’s company.  The first word that comes to mind when I refer to our stay is “serene”. Paradise may come in many forms but amongst those definitions is Nianna Spring Farm. My husband and I spent a wonderful week in Montego Bay with Neena as our host. Her calm and hospitable nature was welcomed and appreciated. We have vacationed all over the world in many venues for 30 years. Nianna is now amongst our most memorable destinations. The home is beautiful and well attended. The grounds are painstakingly maintained and beautiful. I would also like to thank Neena for her suggested driver, Frank Mair - excellent There was nothing we did not love, right down to our time with Moki and Duke (resident furry love babies ), the atmosphere was perfect .  The accommodations are clean and modern. The host Neena &a her family made us feel welcome and was quick to respond if we had questions. She offered links to restaurants and activities. To walk from Nianna to Rose Hall is too far. Recommend Frank Mair to drive you. He was great! The Infinity pool is breathtaking but too cold to swim in (Jan) because of many rain days. We enjoyed the sounds of the tropical nights after we got adjusted. Would recommend staying staying at Nianna!! We didn't want to go home. Thanks!

 Nianna is true gem in Jamaica. Neena and her team make you feel special from the moment you arrive and the accommodation, with its stunning views, is absolutely spectacular. Nothing was ever too much trouble and having a meal cooked for us was a culinary delight and enabled us to sample home cooked Jamaican cuisine - delicious! Our stay was enhanced by the fabulous Frank. He (and Scully) were on hand 24x7 to drive us to wherever we wanted to go be it to eat, enjoy the beach, visit Dunns Waterfall or just to pop to the supermarket. Having a 'local' show you the sites and give you the history of various places was much appreciated and Frank really does give you the VIP treatment. This was our first visit to Jamaica and we will definitely be back! Thank you again Neena for being such an amazing host. Nianna really is Paradise!

Beautiful ocean-view from the townhouse. The beach is a short drive away. There are no words to describe how incredible Frank was to us . He was amazing and extremely accommodating to us the entire trip. This is our first time meeting Frank and in our short stay at Nianna he went from being a stranger to becoming a friend. He looked out for us during our vacation. Also, if you want private beach feel- go to Tropical Bliss- it’s quiet and very peaceful.  .My wife and I had our first trip ever to Jamaica this past week and Neena & Navin were absolutely amazing hosts. The Nianna cottage was more than enough for a couple and we definitely made use of the kitchen in its entirety. Whether it was Chef Lorraine, Chef Annette or Chef Ramesh we had the most delicious local cuisine prepared in house and even had our first taste of Indian food from Chef Ramesh. The views from Nianna are breathtaking and the pool is divine. We didn’t have a care in the world while visiting. Frank & Scully chauffeured us around Montego Bay no matter the time of day or destination they accommodated our travel needs. Although there are tons of things to do whether it be a day trip to Negril, going to Doctors Cave Beach or enjoying a lazy trip down Dunn’s River we frequented Rose Hall Beach. The privacy you get on that beach is something I’ve never seen stateside let alone the Caribbean.

 Nianna Spring Farm was nothing short of amazing! This was the perfect place to stay for my birthday trip. Myself and my guests enjoyed the pool area, beautiful view, and caring host. We also had the pleasure of connecting with Frank, our driver and tour guide and Lorraine, our chef who prepared breakfast and dinner for us.  It is difficult to find the words about how magical this experience was for us. Nianna is an exquisite oasis for anyone wanting a private, little piece of heaven! It is beautifully appointed, with big comfy beds and A/C and fans that kick in when needed — I love that the owners are eco friendly and never thought twice about making sure all lights and A/C were off when we were out of the villa for the day! Frank, our driver — we’d say, now, our new friend, was on top of every transportation need and was more concierge, helping us curate each day to perfection! His rates are less expensive than taking taxis independently and he is always there when you need him. I liked that he ran a tab and we didn’t have to pull out a wallet every trip we made. Neena and Navin, our hosts, were there if we needed anything and were lovely and accommodating, making our trip seamless. Annette, our private chef, cooked the most heavenly meals (we recommend her oxtail or curried goat, delish!) and it felt like leaving family when we left. None were ever intrusive but were there whenever we had the slightest need. You made our 25th wedding anniversary trip the best it could ever be and we will be back!  Our stay at Nianna Spring Farm was phenomenal. Neena was such a kind hearted host. She was in constant communication with us to make sure we had everything we needed at the house.  Truly a gem! This cottage is on a hill with a view that is breathtaking. The Pool is magnificent and you feel like you are at a peaceful resort. He is throughly experience and knows his country. The villa was more than what I expected. The views are amazing, peaceful and so serene. I will definitely recommend staying here.  I really wish I was able to give this review more than 5 stars; our stay was beyond 5 stars. It was a total of 5 of us who traveled to celebrate my birthday. From day one (even from just asking questions before booking) I knew we had found the right place. Neena and her teams communication was amazing. Anytime I had a question, I would get a response back immediately. I am not a dog person therefore, I was afraid that asking if the dogs could be put up would determine if we could book the villa but Neena with no hesitation responded and made me aware that she would be able to put them up. Honestly, even with me not being a dog person the dogs where the sweetest. They would be out at night and it was a few times in the morning if i was sitting out they would come up and just sit beside me or just walk past me; super sweet dogs. The pictures online is really what you get but actually seeing the villa in person is 10 times better. Annette our personal chef was AMAZING!!! I am Vegan and the other girls are not; I was worried that I wasn’t going to be able to enjoy the chef but I was wrong. I made her aware of the accommodations needed and she said “no worries girl I got you” and she did just that. Not only did she make wonderful meals for my friends but for me as well! She was so sweet and she gained 5 new daughters! On my actual birthday, Neena even got me a personalized cake to celebrate! Her thoughtfulness really made my birthday one I’ll never forget! Being a group that loves to do many activities, we booked Frank to be our personal driver. Frank hands down is the man!!! No matter what we wanted to do he was always there and always giving us A1 service. I made him aware of the things we were looking to do and he made it happen and more! Frank is very knowledgeable about Jamaica and knows all the places to go even down to night life. What I loved the most about Frank was his honestly(if you book him you will understand what I mean) and his determination to make sure we had the best time! I would highly recommend booking his services if your looking to do excursions and our just get a full experience of Jamaica. The only thing I wish we did differently with this stay would have been staying longer.

 I just left Nianna Spring Farm yesterday after a 6-day stay (7/8-7/13/19). All I can say is that I miss “my house” already. This is truly a beautiful property with gorgeous views as you are up in the hills. I felt very safe and secure in this gated community and gated private property. The homes in this upscale community are stunning and breathtaking to say the least. Neena lives up to and far surpasses her reputation as a SuperHost. From my initial contact with her starting back several months ago until my arrival, she was available to answer any and ALL questions in an expeditious manner. She is a very kind and gracious host. I will definitely be visiting there again. I would also like to say something about our driver, Frank Mair of “Funshine Tours.” I can guarantee that you are NOT going to find a nicer, more accommodating, and funny man to guide you throughout your stay. He responds quickly to texts through (Hidden by Airbnb) and phone calls and always kept us apprised of his arrival times. He was very punctual and professional at all times. Unfortunately, I arrived to my vacation on crutches and Frank was always there to assist me and ensured that I was always well looked after wherever he dropped us off. You will absolutely love him!  I don’t even know where to start. The house was gorgeous, the details were thoughtfully executed, and the staff was accommodating, communicative, and helpful. From the first day we booked, we got information about the property and our options of things to do. The property suggested contacting Frank who deals with transportations who I was in close contact with before and throughout my trip. Not only did Frank give us information on how to get around, he also gave us suggestions on ways to save money (taking the express bus) rather than using his company. I thought it was very admirable! As for the house, the views were beautiful. Neena and her family were quick at responding to questions and I am bummed we had such a short stay. We had the lovely pleasure to be around Chef Veronica who cooked us delicious meals. I would definitely book this property again the next time I am in town. 5/5 would recommend.

 Nianna Spring Farm was the perfect place for my dad and I to spend my birthday and Christmas this year. It was our own slice of paradise that was private yet welcoming with the unmatched hospitality of the hosts. Frank was our driver and he was AMAZING! He’s the key to a great trip in Jamaica, he can point you in the right direction to anything you want to do or know about Jamaica. He even took us to Negril to our family’s party, which was a last minute request. The food was soo good and worth It to have the chefs- Annette and Lorraine were so sweet and their food was better than any restaurant we tried. We had our Christmas dinner prepared for us in Jamaica, how cool was that? We really felt like we were home away from home here. Neena was also so responsive and sweet, she came and introduced herself and wished me a Happy Birthday! Hands down this was the best Birthday/Christmas holiday we have had....  The house and staff were amazing! Rose is so sweet and wants to make sure that guests have everything they need. Annette is an AMAZING cook! And FRANK....there are no words! My birthday trip would not have been what it was without him and his team! While there were plenty of pros: the house, the view, the staff, and the service. I do have some things that I would say could be done better. 1. The $25 fee PER LOAD to use the washer- RIDICULOUS. We were willing to do our own laundry, even buying our own detergent, but being told that we would still be charged, was pretty crazy and all of my guests, including me were very annoyed. Especially, being that we had already paid a pretty amount for the rental. Using those amenities should be included in the price. 2. The hot water situation. We should not have to plan who’s taking showers when to ensure that they have hot water. 3. The scent of the bedroom to the left (if you’re walking towards the pool) was VERY foul. The scent never went away during our entire stay. 4. Possibly putting in a fire pit or some type of heating to the outside for chilly nights 5. Having a better repellent for mosquitoes. Zappers, complimentary bug spray, etc. I did love the house and the trip aside from a few flaws- it was great bringing in my 30th birthday in

 “I have absolutely nothing but positive things to say about my experience at Nianna. I'm always slightly reserved in terms of selecting Airbnb properties, but this stay was incredible. Right after booking, I was able to communicate with a variety of individuals who would be continuously helpful throughout my entire stay. Navin, Neena, Jim, Frank, and Annette all reached out to me prior to even leaving for Jamaica. Frank (our driver) was not only receptive of our requests, but also incredibly funny, kind, and supportive of our group. He was always able to get us where we wanted to be and helped us in picking groceries, getting to know the area, and setting up fun things to do. Annette (our chef) and Rose (our home carer) are the most lovely women--they, too, went above and beyond just cooking or cleaning. They both are fun to talk to, laugh with, and so so sweet. Annette's cooking was impressive--fresh lobster, steak, and other traditional Jamaican dishes. Jim and Annette were both helpful in helping figure out how to cook around my food restrictions (celiac), which was so kind and well done. Our group decided to just do pre-stock for dinners, but Annette offered to cook eggs and other dishes in the morning which we had ingredients for as well. She was so flexible in timing and accommodated our schedule--not to mention the house smelled amazing always. Rose ensured that our bedrooms were always made up beautifully and also assisted with anything that we needed around the house. Navin and Neena kindly spoke with and came through to greet us. He was also vigilant in getting our wifi and Sonos up to speed upon arrival. Last but not least, the house is stunning, the pool is warm, the view is surreal, and I would love to return. 100% would recommend!”

 We have been to Jamaica several times, but this was the first time we did not stay on a resort. We were a little skeptical but was pleasantly surprised! The accommodations are as pictured in the listing. I was extremely pleased with the communication prior to our arrival. Nianna, Frank and Chef Lorraine helped me make sure all my arrangements were in place and were very timely responding to me. This did not end when we arrived, but our cell service and internet service was almost nonexistent. There ended up being serious delays in between messages because mine were not going out or coming in. They were patient and still worked with us through that inconvience. I'm not sure how to improve that in the future; we typically dont use our phones when traveling internationally, but it was necessary since we were not on a resort. We hired a chef to prepare our meals one day of our stay and we were very pleased with her services. On site manger was always available to assist us with whatever we needed. It was great being walking distance from two restaurants, a convenience store & a few shops. We lived at Scotchies!”

 This was my first time in Jamaica m, and also first time staying at an Airbnb. From booking to my actual stay, this was such a pleasant experience. Awesome customer service, beautiful property right by a police station.  The place was very nice, clean and secure. Nina and her staff ( Jave) were very good with communication and It was very helpful to have Frank as our driver as well as local expert. He took us for day trips to ocho Rios, dunn falls and negril. It was very relaxing trip. The condo had all the amenities. Our only negative was that it was not walking distance to beach, but Frank drove us to beaches every day and we were able to enjoy and relax. Will definitely come back if we visit jamaica again.”

 Nianna’s is a must! Neena was extremely responsive and was able to answer every and all questions that I had. Upon checking in we were welcomed by Lorna who was very friendly and accommodating. The space is extremely clean, a large two bedroom with their own full baths. The property had a great pool and walking distance to Scotchie’s which has great food. James the property manager checked on us to make sure we were comfortable and made sure we had access to the WiFi, etc. Neena does a great job of listing everything one needs to know about the beaches, restaurants, etc in a guestbook. Neena said Frank would take care of us and he did! He arranged transportation for anywhere that we needed to go, offered suggestions on where to go to dinner and even called some places for us! Frank was extremely responsive and helpful! Thank you Neena, Frank, Jame and Lorna for an exceptional time in Montego Bay!”

 Super spacious, great pool, great view, and great surrounding area. Excellent for tourist who want to be around Jamaican culture but may be intimidated to be in a local town. Everyone in the accompanying stores are helpful and kind. The hostess reaches out on a daily basis to see if any assistance or accommodations are needed. The property supervisor was always on call and beyond friendly. The driver frank is our go to transportation for the remainder of our trip due to his reliability.  My family and I had a wonderful stay at Nianna’s place. All of the staff on the property were friendly and the hospitality provided exceeded all of our expectations. Every request was met with a timely and thorough response! We had such a good time and felt so at home that we were sad to leave. We hired chef services for a few days of our stay and they prepared several delicious meals for us. There are enough options to have something different for each meal if you so choose! The best part was that the food was soooooo good! The townhome was very clean and spacious and even stocked with essential items without even having to ask. Also, The host recommended the best driver in Montego Bay, FRANK! He was so welcoming and personable! He told us about all of the best local spots and recommended our new favorite restaurant in Montego Bay, The Pelican Grill. He even set us up with a fun evening catamaran tour! We can’t wait to come back! Our experience and stay at Nianna’s place was a definite 10/10!

 Great place with a lot of character that we enjoyed very much. The bar downstairs is a great low key place to hangout and we really enjoyed Ice the bartender there every night. The restaurant on the property taste amazing especially the jerk chicken wrap and the oxtails. The unit has a beautiful view that we enjoyed everyday. The staff is very attentive and our driver frank is top tier. Please try scotchies it is the best jerk chicken ever, my wife refused to try anything else after eating here. Only thing that sucked is that the beach wasn’t open due to a rain storm but that’s unavoidable. We were told it will be fixed this month. We met some awesome people that live in some of the units and had great vibes with them by the pool.

In addition, the location is precise... the villa is situated in the heart of Montego Bay.  Was way nicer and bigger than I expected..! Right on the strip of MoBay so you can walk to the casino, restaurants, and one of the nicest beaches in all of Jamaica right from the Bnb. Exactly as described if not even nicer tbh, didn’t realize it was 2 stories, there were only 2 of us, 1 for each story I guess 🤣 Frank, Nina, and Dave were all great! 🙏

 Latasha The Penthouse was nice, the pictures were accurate. We really enjoyed the rooftop area. However, we did not receive clean towels until the day before we were leaving even upon request. The hot water in the downstairs bathroom shower only worked on the first night, so we took several cold showers. The main issue for us was the outside areas. The place really looked run down, especially the pool area. We were very disappointed in that. I think for the price, the outside areas need to be advertised as they are. It was really misleading including the beach area, as there really wasn't a beach area to relax on since it was so very rocky.  My family of 5 really enjoyed the stay. We have 3 kiddos all under three years old and the space was extremely comfortable. Only thing to note is that there is no AC in the first floor and it can get very hot at times. The pool was awesome my kids loved it. The staff is amazing, Jave the property manager, Veronica our cleaning lady, and Gabbi our chef were phenomenal. We also had Frank the driver pick us up from the airport and drive us around, we couldn’t had enjoyed Jamaica without him. He took us to great places to eat and to shop for our souvenirs. The owners were very attentive and always asked us what we needed. with some painting but other than that is a great property.

 Everything was more than we expected . Prior to arriving my birthday week was feeling alil like a nightmare but once I arrived in Jamaica it took a turn for the best !! The help from Nevin and Neema was very much appreciated. The villa looks better than the pics, you will NOT be disappointed! It is one of the best one stop shops . They have connections with so many different activities, you won’t need to plan anything on your own. Side note : GET THE COOK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Don’t even think twice about it.  Jackie Great location. So close to the airport. Staff are amazing. Supportive and communication was great. I needed special accommodation with my bags and they totally made it convenient. A massage was arranged for me though hospital experts and it was so good and relaxing I had to book it again! Would highly recommend Hospitality Experts. The chef service was amazing - shout out to the chef you made my birthday dinner extra special. Need help with a ride? Ask from Mr Frank. What a kind and professional person to know if you travelling in JA solo as I did. Nuff respect to the Hospital Experts team!

 We loved our time at Neena’s cottage, adjacent to her own home overlooking the ocean and Montego Bay. This two bedroom cottage has a full kitchen, two queen beds, a comfortable couch for a fifth guest, access to a small pool at the main house and a great driver to take you where you need to go. Frank, the driver, is a great guy and reasonably priced to take you around during your stay. He is a knowledgeable tour guide and was great with our kids. You can pay extra for extra days of a cleaning service and for them to do your laundry. We also used their chef one day which was fun and reasonably priced. Nothing is within walking distance and the beds are fine but very firm. The dogs on property are very well behaved and were a great perk for our kids. I am glad we chose this house and am grateful for generous hosts and for Frank.

We never felt pressured to book tours or make decisions, everything was left up to us after providing us with all the information we needed.

 My family and I had such a great experience here. Neena managed the property and provided many helpful suggestions and details beforehand, making the travel experience easy. She and Frank, our airport pickup had great suggestions and were able to arrange travel and other needs easily as well. The unit was spacious and everything working properly. There are several staff and security members onsite, so if any questions or concerns come up, they were immediately available. The site was just a few minutes away from the beaches and several options - Scotchies is a great dinner option that’s walkable just a block away.  Our stay at Nianna Coral Bay was amazing and so refreshing! We did spend our second day without power due to an accident so Jave and Chad were right there with us as security, and to make sure we were still able to charge our phones which were dead. Aside from the amazing view and beautiful townhome, Frank was beyond awesome!! Make sure you book your tours through him! We never had an issue with transportation because he was only a call away! When we wanted to go other places that were not included in the stay, he would let us know a price and if he felt it was too much, offer a cheaper alternative. We felt safe the entire time and really enjoyed ourselves. That's all we wanted

Starting from the personal phone call from Neena to assure me that that my trip to Jamaica would be amazing, and it absolutely was, to our wonderful driver Dave and the great communication with Frank, everything I experienced was a demonstration of true hospitality! I felt like i made a new family! Everyone was so kind, very attentive, and genuine in their efforts to ensure that my stay in Jamaica was not only the best ever, but that my birthday was wonderful! The villa was beautifully decorated, the chef was amazing (do not hesitate to book that experience), and the birthday cake they provided for me was so cute and delicious! This villa was everything, it’s just absolutely beautiful and the view from the outside pool was breathtaking! I’m so glad that I didn’t miss out on staying here. Even with the curfew there was so much to do in Jamaica and I was so grateful to come back at the end of the day from the excursions, which were super fun, to this beautiful home. I already miss it and can’t wait to return!
